That'll Teach 'EM

Today, our lovely teacher showed us some movies about difference between a old school in 1950s and a modern pupil, that made me some idea about this movie.

In my opinion, I think studying in the old school is good idea for the pupil because they are able to make the pupil have discipline since they were young, they must respect in rule and follow it. And that makes them equal such as hand in their mobile phone to headteacher, nobody can use it, and wearing uniform the same. it makes the pupil have nice behavior be able to become a good person in the future.

However, all in the world is fast and change all the time. if we still live with old things, we won't be able to develop of our own, for example in the old school, the pupil have to listen to teacher, they can't say anything, but in the moment of school, it is two-way communication, we can comment, show our ideal. Now another important thing is technology that it can help us to do everything easily.

The old man

Once upon a time, there was an old man who lived in Africa. He is fisher man, but he has never caught a big fish. So he is sad all the time, doesn't want to do anything. But he has a friend who is a little boy. He is always worried about this old man. They always go out together to fish in the sea, but now the father of the little boy doesn't want him to go out with the old man because the old man is unlucky all the time and now the little boy has a lucky boat which can make a lot of money.

The old man wanted to try again, he would like to catch a big fish. And then he goes out to do it, he brings his small boat and goes far on the sea, he waits for a big fish for a long time, but suddenly a line gets something, the old man is excited, he tries to calm down and bring that fish on the boat. It is so difficult, that is very hard to bring it into the boat. And then the harpoon breaks, a big fish can go away. The old man is so sad, Unlucky for him.

Manner in different countries

I'm going to write about different things between Thailand and Libya.

In Thailand you can let your children go to a restaurant and in some place, they can run around and be noisy, but in Libya you can't let your children go to restaurant. And in Thailand you shouldn't be very affectionate to your partner the same as in Libya, but in Libya this's a rule.

In Thailand when you visit someone's house, you don't have to take a present, but in Libya if you visit a woman's house, you have to take a present for her. And in Thailand you can't smoke in someplace, just in smoking area, but in Libya you mustn't smoke anywhere, it's the rule that everyone must follow.
